Miyoko’s Kitchen ships only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, depending on location, via FedEx 2-Day ground and FedEx 2-Day Express. You can get your order the same week if you place it by 10 am PST on Wednesday; orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the following week. West Coast only: products can ship Thursday and may arrive 1 or 2-day FedEx depending on your location. Orders can ship out any day between Monday-Thursday and do not necessarily correlate with the date your order was placed (for example: If you order Sunday night your order can still ship out any day that week and not necessarily on Monday). We currently ship to all United States addresses (no international shipping).
Our shipping rates are based on weight and shipment destination and are broken into three zones. The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate which range from $9-10 in ZONE 1; $12-23 in ZONE 2; and $15-30 in ZONE 3 (HI and AK may have additional rates applied). Your exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Customers will be notified via email when items have been shipped and will be provided a FedEx tracking number. We track all of our shipments throughout the day to ensure a timely delivery.
Our products are packed with the upmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
All food sales are final. Miyoko’s Kitchen is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.
